This supports previous findings on Valencia oranges (Erkan et al.,
2005), where HWD (53 ◦C for 6 min and 48 ◦C for 12 min) reduced
CI incidence and with Satsuma mandarins (Ghasemnezhad et al.,
2008), where a major reduction in CI incidence and severity was
observed in HWD at 50 ◦C, for 2min.
