• Degree and/or Masters in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
• 2-3 years in human resources supervision
• Experience of recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits
• Knowledge of employee relations, employment law, disciplinary and grievance issues
• Supervisor qualities such as strong work ethic, trustworthiness, self confidence
• Ability to delegate responsibilities and communicate across organisational departments.
• Good English speaking, writing, and presentation skills
