Let’s resolve the outstanding paperwork; scope of services and fee for Lot S; and I would like to discuss a retainer, or similar approach, for dealing with the Villa Estate improvements, plot drainage and possible rectification works.

I recall Adirek will be doing the due diligence on the Villa on Wednesday, perhaps if you available we could meet Wednesday after I land and go through paperwork and look at the substructure drainage on the existing villas that you mentioned, perhaps Adirek may be able to join for that part also...

If Wednesday does not work for you Thursday is a possibility.
