In our proposed method, the local color information of
an image can be preserved well because the technique of
color quantization in the proposed method is image-dependent
and adaptive color quantization [12]. The extracted
color secret image is perceptibly almost identical to the
original image, and its PSNR value is very high Moreover,
the hiding capacity of the host image and the quality
of the stego-image in the proposed method are also
superior to that of the scheme in [11].
