After investigation, it is suspecte

After investigation, it is suspected that the ECP unplanned shutdown on 17-Apr resulted from SDV-6185 fault closed was caused by the malfunctioned PTT’s Valve MOV-02, (downstream of SDV-6185), MOV-02 fault closed. Currently PTT Rep on site has been informed. We plan to troubleshoot PTT’s Valve MOV-02 once we receive a formal Service Order from PTT for our IE technician to troubleshoot and confirm whether the PTT’s Valve MOV-02 Actuator malfunctions.
