The Secretary will work closely with the Treasurer, as this position is centered around managing the books and keeping tabs. In shorter explanation, this person is in charge of all documents. From rosters, to making sure the liquor license is legal. His responsibilities include:
Keeping an up-to-date roster on the Club's memberships.
Advising the President on legal matters.
Ensuring the Clubhouse is legally insured and protected (Eg: Liquor licenses and leasing documents)
Documenting meeting notes during Church.
Generally keeping the books in check.
