1. Peel the zucchini and clean. Cut diagonally, into medium sized pieces.
2. Set pan and oil on fire. When hot, put pork and shrimps in. When they are almost done put in the zucchini. Season with the soy sauce and white sugar, and mix thoroughly. Use the lid of a pot to cover the pan to allow the zucchini to cook properly. The zucchini should be soft when done.
3. Pour out pan and onto a plate. Can be served right away
