In 2000,Radziewski was appointed manager of the newly formed IT finance and administration department, where emphasis
was placed upon process improvement, administrative/project management software tools, audit controls, and ongoing
management. During this period, centralization, process improvements, and controls were made to areas such as
invoice processing, contract negotiation/management, telecommunication administration, human
asset management, hardware/software asset management, project return on investment, project justification, project
prioritization, and company strategic alignment. In 2003, Radziewski's
responsibilities had expanded beyond managing the accounting and finance areas to overseeing the
program management office and technology training.
