4.1. LFL will only sort products into “Good (A/B Grade) or Bad (Defective)”. In the event that LFL is unable to determine the quality, the Receiving Supervisor will notify Star 360 for further assistance.
4.2. Defective reasons will not be captured by Exceed. Star 360 will maintain defective checking process. Exceed will only maintain 2 stock conditions: “Good” and “Bad”.
4.3. If the GRN shows only A-grade, but B-grade is identified during
sorting, LFL is to confirm the actual A-grade and B-grade products into the same GRN. This will be reflected in the Goods Receipt against PO Summary Report whereby the expected quantity will be the GRN quantity while the receipt quantity will be the actual quantity received for each Grade.
4.4 The Defect or Damage on product is identify by Reason code, the code is agreed by LFL and S360.
