With the imminent upgrade to Penspen’s IT service, our business will soon be equipped with a reliable system offering up to date software and applications.
Despite these enhancements, the success of our IT system ultimately hinges on one thing – how it works for you! Does our current system successfully meet your business needs? Does it enhance your working experience? Is it easy to use? How could it be better?
To answer these questions, we are launching the IT User Group, a community of employee users, focussed on improving the IT experience for everyone at Penspen. Reporting to the IT Steering Group, the IT User Group will investigate current issues, preview upcoming changes, gather and offer feedback from a your perspective as a user. Additional details are provided in the Terms of Reference.
In order to ensure we capture feedback from across the company, we are looking for one representative from each office to sit on the IT User Group. Representatives will be required to dedicate about 5 hours per month to Group activities. IT experience or computer knowledge is not required - we would like a group with varied backgrounds and perspectives.
