So long story short, me and my part

So long story short, me and my partner have been trying to play ark on a local game. it runs fine first time only to crash or lock the host at 1fps on loading a saved game, we tried everything we could find to fix this with no luck. so we were told to try run ASM instead of setting up a local game. I'm pretty sure my ports are forwarded properly, and I haven't messed with too many settings but when I try to start a server it doesn't seem to do much, this is what i am seeing when i press start and it has been like this for a while now with no sign of the server starting... can any one help?

(Edit: just realized you may need more info, well i'm running on windows 7 and if there is anything else you need to know just ask ^^
Edit2: I might be wrong but i believe my install location is wrong xD going to check that now)
