For utility connections from battery limit (B.L.) into the outside systems i.e. electrical feeder, nitrogen gas, instrument air, potable water, fume gas and drainage system, CONTRACTOR shall engineer and coordinate with PACKAGE 1 and PACKAGE 2 Contractors for matching detailed design, including process all relevant permits of connections and construction
