3.2. EMG offset time
The overall EMG offset sequence during the standardized trunk
flexion task is illustrated in Table 2. The GM muscle exhibited an
earlier offset time in the high-heeled condition during the flexion
movement as well as during the return from flexion movement
(p < 0.05) (Table 2). No differences were observed in EMG offset
patterns for the ES or BF muscles across the various study conditions
(i.e., heel height and movement phase) (p > 0.05) (Table 2).
