When taking an exam at a testing center please arrive up to 15 minutes early, and provide the proctor with the Test Taker Authorization Code.

Please note: You must bring your Test Taker Authorization Code or the proctor will not be able to load your assessment. You will be required to provide the Exam Proctor two (2) forms of identification (one must be a photo Government issued ID). Secondary identification would be a credit card, bank debit card, employee identification card. NOTE: In the United States a Social Security card is “not” an acceptable form of identification.

Verifying Test Taker Identity
Each Test Taker must present two forms of identification; one must be a “photo” ID.
All forms of ID must be valid. The following forms of photo identification are acceptable:
Government (Local, State, Province or Country) issued driver’s license or identification card Passport Military identification National identification card Student picture ID

The following forms of non-photo identification are acceptable (these form may also include a photo):
Bank debit card
Employee identification card
Student ID Library Card
Retail membership card
Wholesale membership card

Reschedules, Cancellations or No Show Fee: I understand that I may reschedule my own exam appointment outside of the 72-hour (3 day) window before my scheduled exam by logging into my account. There is no charge for making changes outside of the 72-hour window. Due to the costs that Palo Alto Networks incurs for each exam, it is not possible to cancel or reschedule an exam within the 72-hour (3-day) timeframe. I understand I cannot reschedule or cancel my scheduled test session with less than 72 hours notice and will forfeit the cost for any unattended exam. Once the originally-scheduled exam time has expired, I can schedule a new exam by logging into my account.

Special Accommodations: I understand it is my responsibility to request any special accommodations I may require through my test sponsor for test sponsor approval and test center arrangement at least 30 days prior to the date I schedule my test session. You are allowed to bring with you a non-programmable, basic four function battery operated calculator. You will also be provided scratch paper and pencils by the Proctor at the testing center location. No other test aids will be permitted in the testing room. Personal possessions such as cellular phones, briefcases or backpacks may be collected by the proctor, stored in a secured area, and returned after the test session.
