A copy of VAT registration, A copy of social security, Balance sheet (last year) and VAT payment Phor Por 30 (3 months) to submit the documents to the Ministry of Labour in Thailand
to request WP3 form for you then we can’t send the documents to you before the 18th December 2015 as request.
