The present study has certain limitations. The numberof children in the IG was nearly double as high as that in the CG. Possible seasonal variations in physical activity and nutritional habits could have affected the results because tests in the CG were performed at a later time-frame when compared to the IG. This could have influenced BMI measurements and might explain the differences in BMI change between the groups
