Students must submit the application form,
together with the following supporting documents by the closing date:
curriculum vitae;
copies of their past examination result slip(s)/ transcript(s);
copies of their educational and professional certificates,
including records of co-curricular activities;
copies of all employed family members' latest pay slips;
copies of divorce / death certificates;
confidential reference letters.
The completed application form together with the relevant supporting documents,
as well as the confidential reference letter in a sealed envelope (where applicable) must be sent to:
