Although we carefully and deliberately take your petition into account, to our regret, we cannot accept it, and we ask for previous claim amount of which we greatly compromised. And we strongly ask TTTC to make TUT comply with previous claim amount as it is clearly and apparently obvious that we don’t have any faults at this time, and in spite of no fault at all, we greatly comprised.
Thus, please kindly ask TUT to immediately settle this issue as more than two weeks has been passed.
