We have a conclusion that students are still not well understood enough. The main reason is the language has no equal. Some students have basic of chatting language before such as the students from English for communication that have high score and interest in English. It makes them have skill more than other students, Hospitality and Tourism, who have low score and they didn’t interest to used English for communication on social media.
