UK did report this kind of problem several times, on Ergo Lite and on S-Ergo 115. From my records, this is the first time that UK reported the tyres of Sparrow (SM-150) have been sheared off.
Dear Shivahn
Thank you for your reply and I would like to explain your questions by each model as following ;
1. S-Ergo115 : Firstly, For this model we never heard this issue from customer. But however we ever changed the brake version total 3 times including
1.1 S-Ergo I Round brake pad (sleeve).
1.2 S-Ergo II Round brake pad version 1 before ECN number M120204
1.3 S-Ergo II Round brake pad version 2 follow ECN number M120204
for this model . But I’m not sure that what some issue happen from? If you’re still have this picture or some data please give me for study it.
2. Ergo lite : Firstly, for this model I ever heard this issue from customer. Because this model has used the standard brake (w/o alu. Brake block) but customer complained about the tire has sheared off. So for this customer (UK) must put the alu. Brake block for this model….And after we changed to brake I never heard this issue again.
3. SM150 the basic chair : For this model I ever heard this problem many time. Firstly, if we have a little cost and can adjust this issue to finish I think it’s OK.
4. 24” PU tire : For this material I ever informed this issue to supplier and they replied to me 2 things including ;
4.1 From brake style (w/o brake block)
4.2 From process of them (Error some point and some piece in their process.) Which this issue difficult for find in our process
Finally, if the alu. Brake block still have problem with S-Ergo115 why we change it with Ergo lite ?
