Dear Our Valued Customers,
In light of recent protests in Bangkok and the prospect of further disruptions in the coming days, Deutsche Bank is making every effort to ensure that its products and services remain available so that clients' business continues to be executed.
In line with industry and regulatory requirements, Deutsche Bank maintains thorough business continuity plans (BCP) aimed at ensuring continued business operations and minimising the impact of any business disruption. The Bank has in place a number of tested strategies designed to facilitate continuity of client service, order execution and transaction processing. These include, among others, the possible activation of Deutsche Bank's alternate (recovery) production site, remote access and work, transfer of work to other international Deutsche Bank locations, or housing critical staff in nearby accommodation for easy access to our production office.
Subject to traffic conditions, delays are possible where transactions involve physical pick-up and delivery. Deutsche Bank will coordinate with its clients to ensure that any impact is minimised.
The Bank of Thailand (BoT) maintains appropriate dialogue and coordinates with all members of the Thai Bankers' Association (TBA) and Association of International Banks (AIB), including Deutsche Bank, as the situation evolves.
One recommendation is to send your transactions to the Bank in advance (if possible) and keep your digital authorization tool/kit (if any) with you during this period.
Should you need further clarification or additional information with regard to your transaction query and day to day business operation or any other queries you may have, please do not hesitate to contact our client service team at the below contact detail:
