During our investigation, we discovered that the cache software was unable to access any files and as a result, was unable to function as it should. We attempted to restart the software, but this made no difference to the situation. As a last resort, we attempted to reboot the machine. Unfortunately, the machine has not returned to service after the reboot. We believe the most likely cause for this is that there has been a failure with one or more of the disk drives in the machine, and that it will require manual intervention in order to resolve. Can you please despatch technician to the site, so that they can connect a monitor to the display port, and take a picture of what's on the screen? It's possible that the machine is waiting for a user to acknowledge a hardware fault before it continues to reboot. If this is the case, please make a note of the fault and proceed with the boot sequence. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
