The measurement included the assay

The measurement included the assay wells
(March et al. 1991, Pfaller et al. 1992). A plate containing
only the basal medium served as control. Additionally, a
plate containing 1μg ml-1 carbendazim/difenoconazole (Eria®
— 187.5g l-1 EC) was used as a standard fungicide against
each test organism separately to determine the effectiveness
of the extracts by comparison. Each assay was performed
in triplicate.
