7.1 The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the Basic Rent by equal monthly payments in advance on the first day of each month, the first payment to be made in respect of the period from 3 October 2007 to the day before the next following month (both dates inclusive).
7.2 On each Rent Payment Date the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord an Interim Payment and in calculating the amount of an Interim Payment for any month the Specified Percentage to be applied to the Gross Turnover for that month shall be ascertained by taking into account the Gross Turnover for the whole of the period commencing on the most recent Accounting Date and expiring at the end of the relevant month.
7.3 If, in making any Interim Payment, the Tenant has underestimated or overestimated the amount of the Gross Turnover for the relevant month then any additional payment shall be adjusted on the next Rent Payment Date provided that such Rent Payment Date shall be not less than 28 days from the relevant month in which the underestimate or overestimate occurred and upon such adjustment being made no interest shall be due.
7.4 The Tenant shall pay the balance of the Turnover Rent (if any) to the Landlord within 21 days after service of a demand by the Landlord pursuant to paragraph 6.5 of this schedule subject to the provisions of paragraphs 7.2 and 7.3 of this schedule.
7.5 In the case of any payment due from the Tenant to the Landlord pursuant to paragraphs 6.5, 7.1 or 7.4 of this schedule the Tenant shall pay Interest from the due date until the actual date of payment.
7.6 In the case of amounts charged to guests rooms in the Hotel the Landlord will, if in the calculation of an Interim Payment there is a sum due to the Tenant after taking into account the. Turnover Rent, pay to such bank account as the Tenant shall from time to time nominate the said sum within 14 days of the Rent Payment Date upon which the said sum has been calculated to fall due but without any liability to pay interest.
