Please notify Ben & Jerry’s in writing (e-mail is fine), noting any details you have. If it is another franchisee, we will contact them and document the incident. More often then not we find this was a simple mistake. If it happens again, or if we find this was done knowingly, we will work with the franchisees to come to an acceptable resolution between the parties. In the event it is an un-authorized source (i.e. a caterer who somehow got our product), we will contact them and notify them to cease and desist, as well as try to determine their sources for receiving product and make sure that source is notified they should not sell bulk product to that account.
