1. Worked for TN.Information as Administrative Officer, we got been raised salary because we were cooperating with other department and working hard to launch the new company project.
2. Worked as Customer Relation Assistance at British Council, Supervisors always assigned me to handle with customer complaints,student incident report , and informing student's lateness and absenteeism in class. Normally, I coordinated and follow up on feedback among teachers, customer and Manager by meeting arrangement or contacting by telephone, and recording in Campus System. After completing each case, I kept records and reported to Supervisor, Manager and concerning department.
