Regarding to issue of knot requirem

Regarding to issue of knot requirement, we think that this issue came from our miscommunication from both side. At the beginning, we have already confirmed the plastic nut in quantity of 20,000 pcs (THB 0.69 each) as per your signed proforma invoice (see attached document). It was not the knot which normally will be ordered with plastic rod together. However, we will support you the knot which is worth of THB 4,400 (selling price is THB 22 per piece). Moreover we’ve already gave a free of 10,000 pieces of plastic nut which is worth of 6,900 THB to you. This mistake will penalty to our factory operator.

Please refer to your line communication as per the courier cost, in term of COD term (collect at destination), only you can check the cost with your DHL. By providing the approximate information of 16 kgs weight (0.8 g. per each) and box size is 41x31x25 cm. For your reference, if we deliver them via DHL Thailand, it cost about THB 6,100.
