Work is under way for the opening of the Marbles room. Shortly work will also be launched on the restoration of the courtyard of the Mules and of the salon of Charles VIII on the first floor. The palazzo at present houses the offices of the Florentine Provincial Authority, the Museum and Biblioteca Moreniana, the offices of the Provincial Governor, and the Istituto Storico della Resistenza in Toscana.
