To provide a professional Valet Trash Service, thorough nightly walkthroughs throughout the buildings removing any refuse for the courtesy of your residents. It is our commitment to your community.

Presence of Valet Trash Service will deter any hazardous or littered items throughout the accessible areas. It will also provide a convenient service for your residents as it allows them to save minutes in their busy schedule as well as feel safe to not be involved in any intimidating situations outdoors.


Summary of our Services:
-daily Valet Trash Service 5 days a week Monday through Friday
-trash and recycle service beginning at 7pm
-daily foot patrols through the building hallways, removing any properly sealed refuse from containers
-containers will be provided to each unit
-door hangers will be provided to each unit for Valet Trash Service pickup
-monthly meetings with onsite manager for service feedback
