I read this power as minus also as the sign is close to the line and as it's stock lenses so it should be taken into CSO or CSG,
anyway, it's depend on Claim team's consideration.

By the way, pls noted that we are on high season which CS team have no time to keep contact with customer/Sale Rep. well sometimes,
