Job Responsibilities:-

Manage the complete production department in its three main functions of photography, Graphic Retouch, and content
Reach tangible output goals in terms of effectively and production lead time for incoming products
Continuously improve production quality and consequently web-shop appearance in accordance with Zalora Production guidelines
Manage resource planning and assignment of priorities and tasks to reach KPIs
Cooperate with Buying and Warehouse department specifically in the joint effort of optimization the complete process and Lead time
Manage Studio and all equipment as well as Models and Agency selection
Responsible for Sellers/Vendors for full or partial production process
Manage and monitor Profit and Loss for Production Department
Manage and support other Ad-hoc initiatives
Qualification:-

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Photography, Communications, or related field.
5 or more years of related work experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Solid understanding of all production processes involved in Studio production, including camera, lighting, editing, and content writing
Clear and organized, know how to prioritize workload, plan schedule and manage all three main functions of the department
Excellent communication with several stakeholders
Able to compromise and take full of ownership on the decision
Willing to work with fun and commitment environment in the fast growing company
Good communication in English
