1. Maintenance Service Contract is available at end of the warranty period.
2. Training to be provided from basic instruction to fully-self-operation.
3. Total Solution: councelling from begining of production to end-of-production.
4. Tracking and Monitoring Equipment Records for all Tomco's installation.
5. In general, our staff will meet the customer regularly (e.g. twice per month) for collecting issues and concerns to improve our service.
6. Provide Open Channel for Customers' Complants.
