Internship for one and a half month was insufficient. We barely touch the surface of the nature of the job. The reason for short internship period was due to a miscommunication. Moreover, due to that miscommunication, students from BBA Chula face a lot of difficulties in meeting the quota for the internship course since the minimum of 240 hours of work was unachievable. At first when we called to ask the BBA program for assistance, they left it all in our care. Although, at some point later on, they accept the responsibility to take care of the problem.
We feel that the training session should cover more material such as excel. I felt that at the very least 1 week of training is the bare minimum. During the training session, teaching the material was a must but activity such as icebreaking activity that promotes creating relationship between trainees should also be included. We all agreed that we barely get to know each other. I felt that the problem is all simply because we spent too little time together as a whole group. 2 Days wasn’t anywhere close to enough to make new friends. As a result, it feels like there is a gap between the trainees. Just looking at the seating was enough to be an evidence. BBA Chula sat with BBA Chula and BBA TU sat with BBA TU. There is rarely a table that has a mix of both.
