I've purchased something from a sel

I've purchased something from a seller that offers "Global Shipping".

They claim to have sent the item to a KY location, which I understand to be the global shipping hub.

BUT
- My order has no tracking in ebay. I understand there should be a tracking number of the format UPAAB00xxxxxxxxxxx, issued by the Global Shipping program
- I never received any email to say the item was shipped, which I am supposed to receive under the Global Shipping program
- The seller actually updated the listing to be "shipped" several days before they actually sent it

I'm concerned that given there's no tracking at all against the order and I didn't receive a shipped email, that the seller has screwed up and sent to the KY location without the proper codes / order number etc for the Global Shipping to forward it. Eg, they have handwritten the address.

The seller is actually being very rude when I contact them.
