Brayord Quay is a university accredited, modern, purpose built, spacious student accommodation in a central Lincoln location. Situated on the Brayford Water front which has a vibrant cosmopolitan air with waterside restaurants, bars and a fantastic “Engine shed” for up and coming entertainment/gigs.

It is ideally located and in easy walking distance to the Lincoln university campus, the cinema and shops. It’s an exciting base to study and socialise.

First year applicants for the University of Lincoln seeking to book accommodation for 2015/2016 at Brayford Quay are required to submit their application via the University of Lincoln. Click here for more information.

The University has reserved rooms for First year applicants at Brayford Quay and when the University of Lincoln allocate your choice of accommodation they will advise you and direct you by email to contact Brayford Quay in August 15 to secure your place at Brayford Quay.

All 2nd /3rd years etc. from the University of Lincoln and other educational establishment applicants e.g.Lincoln College can apply direct online to Brayford Quay.
