I understand this meeting has been rescheduled to this later date, presumably to allow time to complete the review and present a process to me for review and approval.
As per the approval provided by Khun Somjate and I for the BC initiative, this is an important strategic initiative for the bank to bring our relationship managers closer to the market and their customers and thus better service their needs and grow this segment. We need to leverage our branch network to help service the day to day banking needs of these important clients (with the branch benefiting from deposits and other transaction fees, consumer cross sell etc.) while the RM manages the relationship.
I am looking for Banking Operations, Commercial and Product teams to work together with Branch Management to quickly confirm a post approval loan fulfillment and servicing model (leveraging the Corporate Customer Service and loan fulfillment process). Given Nigel’s earlier work on the Corporate banking fulfillment process (with Commercial [used to be called SME M&L] now to also leverage this process), I would like him also involved.
