A 12-year-old boy is facing attempted murder charges after he allegedly chased after a total stranger while firing off a gun in downtown Orlando, Fla. early Friday morning.
The little terror managed to squeeze off more than eight shots at his 26-year-old victim after approaching him around midnight and threatening to kill him while using a homophobic slur, according to a police report.
His victim told Orlando police he had never met the kid in his life before he was sent frantically running down the street toward the Citrus Bowl.
Meanwhile the boy was heard on a cell phone, allegedly repeating his threat to a person on the other end, the man told police.
After blowing through his handgun's cartridges, the man said he turned the tables on the boy and started chasing after him instead.
The child in the process tossed his firearm which police later recovered and identified as a semi-automatic 9-mm. handgun which had been reported stolen in August of 2012.
