Evidence of artistic achievement is also required. Teaching experience at the university level is preferred or the demonstrable capacity to translate one's professional experience into dynamic teaching is also acceptable. Faculty members will teach 5 courses per year, advise undergraduate students, and participate in departmental and/or school-wide committees. On-going professional work is encouraged and expected.
