CTA Whole Aorta:
The study shows mild atherosclerotic changed of the thoraco-abdominal aorta. Normal size and contour of the thoracic aorta is noted. The ascending aorta, aortic arch and descending thoracic aorta are measured about 3.8 cm, 3.0 cm and 2.2-2.9 cm in diameter, respectively. The brachiocephalic trunk, left common carotid and left subclavian arteries are in normal position, patent. Normal heart size without pericardial effusion.
Normal size and appearance of supra-renal abdominal aorta is seen, measured about 1.9 cm in diameter. The celiac trunk, SMA and renal arteries appear unremarkable.
Tortuousity of the infra-renal aorta is noted, measured about 1.5 cm in diameter.
Bilateral common iliac, external iliac and internal iliac arteries are well patent.
Others:
Non-calcified nodule in RUL (0.4 cm) is depicted. Small calcified nodule in LLL (0.3 cm) is also seen.
No significant mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy is demonstrated.
Possible status post left mastectomy without grossly chest wall mass.
Calcified nodule at right hepatic lobe is seen (0.6 cm).
IMPRESSION:
- Mild atheroscclerotic changed of thoraco-abdominal aorta.
- No evidence of aortic aneurysm or dissection.
- No evidence of mediastinal or hi;lar lymphadenopathy.
- Possible evidence of left mastectomy without grossly chest wall mass.
- Non-calcified nodule in RUL (0.4 cm) is indeterminate in nature. Follow up imaging is suggested.
- Small calcified nodule in LLL (0.3 cm) and liver (0.6 cm) are likely to be granulomas.
