AFLP analysis after EcoR I and Mse

AFLP analysis after EcoR I and Mse I digests showed
that bands found in the two parents in addition to novel
bands appeared in the somatic hybrids (Fig. 8a, b).
Together, the results of these four molecular markers
techniques provide strong evidence that the somatic
hybrids originated from the two parent lines.
