There are a group of people out there who know they need something. Some people call these your “target market”; I prefer to call them your Tribe. Their need might be “to escape the time-trap of being a working mum”. Or “to feel more energized so I can run my business efficiently”. Or “to communicate better with my partner”.
These people also know that their need matters enough that they’re prepared to take action to address the situation. They don’t want to stay struggling any longer; the cost is too high. And for this reason, they are also prepared to spend money to address their need. They have money and they’re waiting to flow it onward to someone who can help them.
So, ask yourself: How is my passion a perfect match for someone’s challenge? Who has a need that I can help with? Then, focus your business on serving this group of people.
