The Mu-Ray collaboration has developed a carrie rhybrid in kapton and G10 on which 32 SiPMs are glued and bonded. The hybrid is mechanically pressed against the fibre connector and allows the optica lconnection of 32 SiPMs in one go. A photo of the naked hybrid is shown in Fig. 9). SiPM break down voltage and dark rate depend strongly on temperature. Mu-Ray implements two possible approaches to the temperature dependance
