Eligibility criteria were: nullipar

Eligibility criteria were: nulliparity; absence of clinical
or obstetric diseases, single pregnancy, gestational age
between the 18th and 22nd weeks and agreement to participate
in a childbirth preparation program. Regardless
of which group they were assigned to, all the pregnant
women signed a Free Consent Form, thus confirming
their agreement to participate in the study.
