In pairs , you are an accountant and your partner is a customer. Then, act out the phone conversations for the situations stated below.
1. You sent an invoice to the customer, but the customer hasn't made the payment after the due date. Make up necessary in formation ( i.e. invoice number , date , amount, payment due, etc.) and in form the customer to remit the payment within one week.
2. You sent several credit reminders to the client, but he or she hasn't made any amount of payment. Make up necessary information ( i.e. how many and when you sent the reminders, when it was past due, what actions will be taken , etc. )
