Attached please find the draft minutes of the BOD No. 4/2015 of FAR (Thailand) Co., Ltd. for the increase of new branch office, D’ARK – Piman 49. If the document looks fine to you, please arrange for Mr. and Mrs. Gill to sign the document.
We are preparing the applications for adding branch office to be filed with the Ministry of Commerce and the Revenue Department. Please note that the name of the place of business of the new branch office in the Phor.Por.09 form is D’ARK – Piman 49. We expect to send the documents to be signed by Philippe tomorrow. After having done so, please return the signs applications together with the original set of consent letter from the landlord.
Please note that once we receive the signed applications, we will file the applications to the Ministry of Commerce immediately. The application filing with the Revenue Department requires to be submitted within 16 days before the date of the branch office opens. As a result, if the new certification document showing the new branch is dated 27 May 2015, the date for the opening of the new branch office will be 12 June 2015. This means that the company cannot calculate VAT incurred on the branch office before 12 June 2015. If the opening day of the branch office is less than 16 days period, the company will be subject to the fine penalty.
