Clause 5. The Lessee shall allow the Lessor to inspect the leased property at reasonable duration.
Clause 6. If the Lessee is desirous to make any modification, addition or alteration to the leased property to be varied from this Agreement, the Lessee shall propose the plan for the Lessor to consider in advance. The Lessee is entitled to do the same when having obtained written consent form the Lessor.
Clause 7. For all modification works provided by the Lessee within the leased property and if they are fixed permanently and which is unable to be separated from the leased property, the Lessee agrees that all such works shall become the property of the Lessor immediately upon termination.
