•Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
•Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
•Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
•Be a facilitator to deal with EWC/ JWC and ensure all decision making is a mutual benefit for our colleagues and customers.
•Support our managers to improve absence of our colleagues and reinforce coaching and disciplinary action if necessary.
•Ensure labour standard is applied and implement disciplinary action when need.
