At least Bachelor Degree in Account

At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
Excellent level of understanding of finance and accounting process and tax including treasury and cash management.
Demonstrated track record of projects lead to increased efficiency and productivity through the use of technology or quick-win solution.
Excellent in verbal and written communication in English.
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Must have excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
Good leadership, planning, organizing, follow-up and analytical thinking skills.
Experience in the following areas is the plus: insurance industry / audit, or internal control.
Good computer operating skill in Ms Office Experience with SAP is a plus.
Well manage in working under pressure and tight deadlines with the high quality of the results.
