Let me explain what Soletop's posit

Let me explain what Soletop's position is on the matter.

Soletop is not very happy about the current payment delay since no detailed explanation was given at the tine we finished the contract.
Our original agreement was not honored although we extended the 2nd payment terms to 10 days after the completion of the project.
From the beginning, Both companies understood the fact that Athi corp. took this project as a stepping stone into GISTDA's satellite operations however, financial matter between Athi Corp. and Soletop must be honored as agreed per our contract.

At this juncture, we would like to propose following actions since Soletop still consider Athi Corp. as a long term partner as Kuhn Athi agreed.
1. Athi Corp. must set a date when full and final payment will be made for the GISTDA MODIS project upon reception of this e-mail.
2. .We would like you to assign a financial contact person we can speak to directly. .
3. This person must respond to our inquiry in a same day
4. We do not like to bring this to a legal matter at this time however, it will be considered if above actions are not taken.
5. Soletop reserve a right to apply different financial terms with Athi Corp. after completion of this contract and on.
