This is what we normally send out to customer when we have holiday.
We have technicians stand by but if they want to purchase jar, you have to work out how are they going to pay us. I am not going to release anything without any signature or agreement of pricing yet.
Normally what I did is we will have letter to client to let them inform us 2 weeks in advance about anything that is broken so my team can go and check for them. I think we should do this.
